Yvonne Schnellmann

Through my long-standing career in healthcare, I was able to gain valuable experience in general medicine and tropical medicine. Since 2009, I have been working with children and guiding them with great joy and dedication as they grow.

I have been part of Kinderpraxis Wädi since 2011. It is a heartfelt matter to me to empathetically support children and their families and provide competent guidance to parents during their children’s various stages of development.

As a mother of three now adult children, I know many everyday family challenges from personal experience and gladly integrate this understanding into my daily work.

Alongside caring for our patients, I am responsible for billing, practice administration, human resources, and the leadership of our MPA team.

I look forward to welcoming you and your children to our practice and assisting you with warmth, experience, and professional expertise.

Sereina Leutwyler
Medical Practice Assistant

Sereina Leutwyler

Following my vocational training as a healthcare specialist (FaGe), I worked in the healthcare sector for several years and gained diverse experience. Respectful communication, sense of responsibility, and teamwork have always been central to my work.

Since August 2026, I have been working as a Medical Practice Assistant at Kinderpraxis Wädenswil. Working with children and their families brings me immense joy. It is important to me to foster a trusting environment and guide our young patients with patience, warmth, and empathy.

As a mother of two children, I understand parents’ concerns and questions firsthand. This perspective helps me support families in everyday practice with competence and a lot of heart.

Céline Dessouslavy

I joined the Kinderpraxis Wädi team in the summer of 2024. I am currently completing my vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant. Children’s health and caring for young patients are very close to my heart. In my leisure time, I am a passionate volleyball player, do ballet, and enjoy walks with my two dogs.

Cover MPA · Parent Counseling

Simonetta Dörig

From 2011 to 2024, I worked intermittently at Kinderpraxis Wädi. In 2018, I became an independent parent counselor, offering baby massage courses and sleep counseling. Since 2021, I have been supporting parents in challenging situations with Emotional First Aid (EEH).

Sabrina Canonico
Cover MPA · Nutritional Counseling

Sabrina Canonico

From 2013 to 2025, I was an active part of the wonderful team at Kinderpraxis Wädi as an MPA and am delighted to continue supporting the practice as a cover assistant.

In 2016, I completed training as a Therapeutic Magician, which helps ease children’s anxieties during vaccinations or blood draws.

Since June 2021, I have been a certified holistic nutritional counselor (IKP), and in 2023, I successfully completed training as a holistic nutritional psychology counselor. This enables me to competently and sensitively support children and adults facing overweight, obesity, and eating difficulties.

Since summer 2025, my primary role is as an MPA in a specialized clinic for endocrinology, obesity, and angiology.

I practice independently as a nutritional psychology counselor.
