Sleep Counseling
Sleep Counseling
Sleep difficulties are very common during infancy and toddlerhood.
In most situations, sleep patterns settle naturally with time and developmental maturity. Only in a minority of cases is a structured sleep counseling process needed.
A dedicated appointment is scheduled for sleep counseling. During this visit, we conduct an in-depth interview with the parents and guide them on keeping a detailed sleep log. The pediatrician evaluates the log, discusses findings with the family, and proposes tailored strategies for gradual improvement. Multiple sessions are typically scheduled to support sustainable progress.
